做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
