做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
