做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
