做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
