做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
