做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
