做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
