做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
