做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
