做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
