做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
