做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
