做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
