做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
