做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
