做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
