做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
