做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
