做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
