做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
