做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
