做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
