做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
