做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
