做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
