做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
