做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
