做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
