做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
