做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
