做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
