做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
