做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
