做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
