做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
