做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
