做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
