做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
