做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
