做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
