做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
