做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
