做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
