做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
