做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
