做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
