做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
