做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
