做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
