做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
